   b. The minimum order amount is $100.

   c. Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the occasion. Orders placed later than this may not be accepted.

2. Booking and Payment

   a. To book our services, you must provide accurate information, including the date, location, number of guests, and any specific requests.

   b. Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due as follows:

   a. We will deliver and set up the buffet at the agreed-upon location. Delivery fees may apply, depending on the distance and location.

   b. You must ensure that the event location is accessible and prepared for our setup at the agreed time.

6. Occasion Design

   a. If you request occasion design services, our team will work with you to create a design plan that meets your specifications. Additional charges may apply.

7. Liability and Damages

   a. BETRA Kitchen is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property that occurs during the event.

   b. You are liable for any damages or loss caused by you or your guests to our equipment, utensils, or property during the event.

8. Indemnification

   a. You agree to indemnify and hold Abtar Kitchen harmless from any claims, losses, or damages that result from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

   a. BETRA Kitchen reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.
